Welcome to RetroFit. We believe in creating fashion with purpose by giving existing fabrics a new life. Every piece is thoughtfully designed and crafted, which means some items may require additional processing time to ensure the highest quality.

Order Processing

• Each vendor ships their own orders via USPS ground shipping. Although processing times vary, we expect them to be shipped within 3-5 business days.
  

• Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Time

• Although shipping times vary, we expect most orders to arrive within 5-8 business days via USPS Ground Advantage.

• Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

• We offer $12 flat rate shipping for orders shipped within Colorado.

• If you choose Local Pickup at checkout, your shipping price will be $0, and you must coordinate a mutually agreeable pickup time with the vendor. 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the status of your shipment.

Delivery Delays

Occasionally, delivery delays may occur due to:

• Customs clearance procedures

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. RetroFit is not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date.
